Hi, I’m Ellie—founder of ÉLLEVÉ PILATES and a qualified Reformer and Mat Pilates instructor with a deep passion for movement. My love for Pilates grew from a lifelong background in dance and a personal journey of healing through injury, which gave me a whole new appreciation for the power of mindful movement.

That’s why I created Gold Coast’s first and only outdoor Pilates space. There’s something truly special about moving outside, in fresh air, surrounded by nature. The warmth of the sun, the gentle breeze, the sound of birds—it all adds to the experience, helping you feel more present, more focused, and more connected to your body. Plus, training outdoors naturally boosts oxygen flow, reduces stress, and enhances concentration, making every session feel as refreshing as it is effective.

I’m passionate about helping clients move with intention, refining technique with hands-on corrections, and creating a space that feels welcoming, uplifting, and energising. Pilates isn’t just about exercise—it’s about how you feel in your body, and I want every client to leave class feeling strong, balanced, and confident.
